Sinopse

Doubt (Persian: Tardid) is a 2009 Iranian film directed by Varuzh Karim Masihi. It is an adaptation of Shakespeare's Hamlet. "Siavash is a young man whose father's mysterious suicide weighs heavily on his mind. His uncle is managing his father's estate and seeks to marry his mother, something Siavash is strongly against. Siavash is also in love with his cousin Mahtab, whose father is his uncle's councilor. As the day of the union approaches, Siavash suddenly realises his life is near-identical to that of Shakespeare's Hamlet, which in turn starts to raise questions about the true nature of his father's death."
