Sinopse

Şaban Aga, a villager, lives with the dream of the day he will marry his cradle sweetheart, a woman named Peri. Peri, a beautiful woman, is not even aware of Şaban's existence. After completing her studies in America, Peri returns to her family and learns that her father is in serious financial trouble. Her father sees the way out of their depression in his daughter's marriage to Şaban, a rich man. Peri, who wants to save her father from the situation he is in, agrees to marry Şaban. However, after getting the necessary money, she runs away from Şaban and returns to her old life in the city. Şaban, hurt by what has been done to him, is determined to take revenge on the young girl. Having shed his peasant life and turned into a city man, Şaban will appear before Peri as Dilaver Bey.
